Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery to Germany will take place within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-7 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you have changed your mind at short notice or have noticed an error in your order, we can still change or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed in our warehouse. The best thing to do in such a case is to contact us as soon as possible in order to stop the shipment of the goods. If your parcel is already ready for shipment, we can no longer cancel your order. In this case you can simply refuse to accept the package. The package will then be returned to us and we will refund the purchase price.
Yes, we offer vouchers. These are ideal if you don't know exactly which Babes Papes product you want to give away. You can order the vouchers in our online shop. The voucher will then be sent to you as a PDF by e-mail. You can print it out or forward it by email.
At the end of your order process you can redeem your discount in the field 'Discount code' in the right column. Please pay attention to upper and lower case.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
An exchange to another product is not possible directly. Please return the article you do not want to have to us and order the desired replacement article separately in the online shop.
Please give us some time to handle returns carefully, but we will process your return as soon as possible after arrival at our warehouse and you will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used when purchasing in the online shop.
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it to us from Germany within 30 days free of charge. For returns from other EU countries, Switzerland, and the rest o the world the return costs are borne by the customer.

If you have purchased one of our articles on Amazon and now wish to return it to us, we must ask you to do so directly through Amazon. Please log in to your Amazon account and go to "My orders" and initiate a return. Amazon will now send you all necessary documents that you need for a return shipment
